Three floors of air conditioned offices over lower level car parking.

Originally designed as Cat A offices with future allowance for Cat B, in accordance with British Council of Offices guidance and BREEAM acoustic credits. Sharps Redmore advised on all acoustic aspects for air conditioned offices including internal ambient noise levels due to external noise intrusion and mechanical services noise, internal sound insulation including flanking noise via curtain walling and reverberation control. The contract was extended during construction for Cat B fit out in accordance with tenant requirements and the design altered accordingly. Sharps Redmore advised the developer and was employed by the contractor under a separate design and build contract for all aspects of acoustics from concept to completion tests.
